This Billing Policy (“Policy”) outlines the billing, payment, refund, and cancellation practices for all products and services offered by MWA Music Productions Ltd. (“MWA Music Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, subscribing, or using any of our Services, you agree to this Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
MWA Music Productions offers a range of creative, digital, and licensing services, including but not limited to:
- AI music and visual content creation,
- artist and label subscriptions,
- music distribution and publishing packages,
- digital downloads and merchandise, and
- licensing or usage rights for commercial content.
All payments for our Services are governed by this Billing Policy unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or contract.
2. Payment Terms
All fees for Services must be paid in full and in advance, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. You authorize MWA Music Productions to charge your provided payment method on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on the plan or purchase type.
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current, complete, and accurate. Failure to maintain valid payment details may result in suspension or termination of Services.
3. Subscription Billing
Certain Services, such as artist memberships, fan subscriptions, or promotional tools, may operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6 below. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
If a payment fails, the system may attempt to reprocess the transaction, and your account may be suspended until payment is successful.
4. One-Time Purchases
Products such as beats, sound kits, digital downloads, visual artwork, or music licenses are charged as one-time payments. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased content as described on the product page or within your account dashboard.
5. Royalties & Payouts
For artists and collaborators distributing music through MWA Music Productions:
- Royalty payouts are based on revenue received from third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and others.
- Payout schedules and minimum thresholds may vary depending on the platform.
- MWA Music Productions does not control payment timelines from these platforms.
- Royalties will be distributed to eligible parties according to their artist or licensing agreements after applicable fees and deductions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your banking or payout information is correct in your artist dashboard to avoid delays or loss of funds.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Cancellation requests must be made at least five (5) business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing term unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
7. Refund Policy
All payments made to MWA Music Productions are non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error;
- Service not delivered as described; or
- Cancellation within a money-back guarantee period (if stated in a specific offer or contract).
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of MWA Music Productions. Once issued, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting MWA Music Productions constitutes a breach of this Policy.
Any chargeback or payment dispute that is deemed invalid will result in immediate termination of all services, forfeiture of access to purchased materials, and may result in collection action or legal proceedings to recover losses.
9. Price Changes
MWA Music Productions reserves the right to modify pricing for any Services, including subscriptions, licensing fees, and royalties, at any time.
If you are a recurring subscriber, any price changes will take effect upon your next billing cycle. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via email or through your account dashboard.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales, VAT, or other taxes related to your purchase or subscription, based on your location.
All prices displayed on our website exclude taxes unless otherwise specified.
11. Late Payments
If a payment remains unpaid after its due date, MWA Music Productions reserves the right to suspend your access to Services until the balance is cleared. Reinstatement of Services may require additional fees or proof of payment.
12. License Revocation for Non-Payment
If a license (for music, visuals, or AI-generated content) is purchased under a payment plan and payments are not completed, MWA Music Productions reserves the right to revoke or terminate that license immediately. Continued use of revoked material constitutes a breach of copyright law and may lead to legal action.
13. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 14 days of the transaction date. Please include your full name, order number, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5–10 business days.
